How long will the Eyelash Emporium eyelash extensions last?
Everyone’s natural eyelash growth cycle is approximately 90 days. Your eyelash technician will attach to your mid-cycle eyelashes, thereby giving you at least 3 weeks of maintenance-free eyelash extensions. After this period, your natural eyelashes begin a new growth cycle. However, don’t fret! Your look can be maintained with regular ‘in-fill’ treatments, which take approximately 45-60 minutes.
How are individual eyelash extensions applied?
Your eyelash extensions need to be professionally applied by an Eyelash Emporium certified technician. Eyelash Emporium individual eyelash extensions are attached one by one to your individual natural eyelashes. Your eyes have to be closed during the treatment, whist lying down comfortably.
How do I care for my eyelash extensions?
Ask your certified technician for an after care guide for Eyelash Emporium eyelash extensions and aftercare products such as the black coating sealant that you can apply every three days instead of mascara.
Why do I need to do a patch test?
A patch test is carried out to determine if you are one of the (very) small number of clients who have a sensitivity to the adhesives used. Two eyelashes will be attached to the outer corner lashes of each eye 48 hours prior to the technician applying the full set.
How can I prepare for my treatment?
Make sure your eyelashes and eyelids are free from any make up residue and oils prior to treatment. If you wear contact lenses, please remove them prior to your treatment and wear your glasses on the completion of treatment for the first 24 hours.
