Take a look in my bridal kit bag
Your bridal trial guideBefore your trial date, take the time to go through magazines and pull out makeup styles that you really like, even tear out the ones you really hate. It could be how a certain feature is played up, or that great lipstick color, or how the skin glows, or even how they used way too much eyeliner. All this is easy to say and show to a makeup artist, like me, with pictures. It helps tremendously to show your desires by pictures rather than endlessly describing it. This also helps me see what you like and don’t like. A picture is worth a thousand words. It really gives a lot more information with a visual sense. Bring a picture of your wedding dress with you. This gives a great idea of the style of the dress and the wedding. Is it Romantic?… Dramatic?… Elegant? This gives me an idea of your style. We can then discuss ideas between us and then I will try a few styles and looks. Tweaks can then be made until you are 100% happy with your final look for your big day. What happens on my Wedding day?Prior to the day, we will have discussed the time of the wedding and arranged individual makeup and hair times for each person. Catherine, Emma & Hannah will arrive 30 minutes before the first makeup to set up. The bride is prepared first and makeup and hair dressed and styled last, to ensure that your complete look is fresh for the ceremony. Once you and you bridal party are dressed, I will do any final touches, apply lipstick and apply your veil if you are wearing one. |
